No new students will be admitted in 2008.

Others costs: Learning Materials (books, workbooks, computer software, etc), housing, meals, and transportation. [AICN does not have housing, however, every effort is made to assist students finding housing and roommates (if desired).

CANCELLATION OF ENROLLMENT: All monies paid by the prospective student, including application fees, are refunded if he/she requests same within three (3) business days after signing a contract with the institution. Prior to beginning classes, if no contract is signed with the institution, the applicant receives a full refund of all monies paid if he/she requests same within three (3) business days after making a payment to the institution.

TUITION AND FEE REFUND POLICY: AICN refunds tuition and fees according to the following policies and in accordance with applicable federal regulations. Students receiving federal financial assistance will have funds returned to the appropriate lending agencies in accordance with applicable federal guidelines.  Deposits or down payments are credited as tuition payments unless clearly identified on receipt by the institution as application or other fees.  Refunds are based on tuition paid for segments of the instructional program as described by the institution in the enrollment agreement, i.e., quarter, semester or term, as defined by the institution, but in no case more than twelve (12) months. An administrative cost of no more than $150 may be retained by the institution for a student not completing more than fifty (50) percent of instructional time. This administrative cost may be in addition to the percentage of tuition which may be retained by the institution as provided in paragraphs (1) through (4) below.

1. For an applicant requesting cancellation more than three (3) business days after signing the contract, or for a student completing no more than five (5) percent of instructional time, no less than ninety-five (95) percent of tuition is refunded.
2. For a student completing more than five (5) percent but no more than ten (10) percent of instructional time, no less than ninety (90) percent of tuition is refunded.
