Physician Education Seminars
The Atlanta Institute of Clinical Neuroscience is committed to providing physicians with a comprehensive understanding of Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (IONM).
IONM is rapidly becoming the expected "standard of care" for certain types of surgery.
Surgeons need to know the benefits to their patients when IONM is provided by skilled IONM Clinicians. Sensory Evoked Potentials (SEP) and Motor Evoked Potential (MEP) can give the surgeon critically needed information in real-time to enable the surgeon to modify procedures.
Anesthesiologists who understand the requirements for IONM can work with the IONM Clinician to care for the patient during surgery.
AICN's knowledgeable and skilled faculty can individualize seminar experienced to meet the learning needs of each participant.
